When I heard Dolly Parton on this playlist, sitting here typing in my Dollywood t-shirt, I thought "Well that's a little bit on the nose." 😂 I grew up thinking of her as the punchline of jokes, but grew to revere her after marrying into a Tennessee family and learning more about her. It's a great song, any way.

Hah! Yeah, I definitely only knew her as a punchline in low grade '70s comedy when I was growing uo, but obviously she's a genius - and not just in music, either, after all we partly have her to thank for Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Have you heard Jad Adumrad's podcast series? https://www.wnycstudios.org/podcasts/dolly-partons-america ?

Yes, I loved it!

Although I'm sure that there's a large overlap between haters of Clarkson and Brexit, I feel obliged to point out that the man himself was a remainer. He and James May even made a short video (still on YouTube) saying so.

Oooh, that's very lazy of me - I was just assuming. Thank you. Also, to be fair, Clarkson's Farm has quite a lot in it about how Brexit has impacted on farmers (ie badly).

Enjoyed this playlist, particularly Bertrand Belin. I really love Gustaf’s live set but I find them a bit much when I’m just listening at home.

Thank you! Gustaf are definitely getting added to the gym playlist, that's for sure, I suspect they'll be motivating (one way or another)
